Stephanie Reynolds

Dr Stephanie Reynolds is a Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of Liverpool's School of Law and Social Justice, part of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. She holds a PhD from the University of Liverpool and a Licence en Droit from L'Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. As a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, she coordinates Advanced Public Law and EU Law modules. Her research focuses on UK constitutional law, EU citizenship rights, and the role of social media in governance. Key projects include exploring 'extra-parliamentary constitutional activity' and the constitutional impact of private actors like celebrities and tech figures. She serves on the steering committee of the Liverpool Public Law Unit and is an Online Research Fellow at the University of Milan's Information Society Law Centre.
