Stephanie M. Stern is the Desmond and Jean Ruley Kearns Professor of Law at the University of Arizona College of Law. She specializes in climate adaptation policy, water law, and property law, focusing on legal frameworks for climate-induced displacement. Her interdisciplinary work integrates property law, environmental law, and psychology to address climate change impacts.
