Stephanie M. Perkins is a Professor of Radiation Oncology at Washington University School of Medicine, where she holds the S. Lee Kling Endowed Chair. She serves as Director of the S. Lee Kling Proton Therapy Center and Chief of the Pediatric Radiotherapy Service. Her clinical and research focus includes pediatric oncology, proton therapy, gamma knife radiosurgery, and late effects of cancer therapy.

Recent studies address adaptive proton therapy, audiovisual-assisted therapeutic systems, and neurocognitive decline in animal models.
