Stephanie Lein Walseth is a theater educator, scholar, and administrator with over 15 years of experience, having served as an instructor and curriculum developer at Augsburg University and the University of Minnesota.
She earned her Ph.D. in Theatre Historiography from the University of Minnesota, establishing her academic foundation in performance studies and critical historiography.
Her research centers on theaters of color and systemic equity issues within performing arts, with significant contributions to inclusive pedagogy and institutional diversity frameworks through publications in leading theater journals.
Walseth is a founding core artistic member of Full Circle Theater Company and maintains active collaborations with Penumbra Theatre Company, Mu Performing Arts, Mixed Blood Theatre, and Sod House Theater across national platforms.
