Stephanie KOUTNY

Stephanie KOUTNY is a doctoral student in Management Sciences at the University of Lyon 3, affiliated with the Magellan Research Laboratory under the Human Resources Group. She works as a research fellow for the Mental Health of SME Managers chair at emlyon business school and teaches project management there.

• Education: Bachelor's degree from Grenoble School of Management; Master's degree in Cultural Management from Queen Margaret University (2016).
• Research Focus: Mental health and prevention strategies for VSE/SME managers using qualitative methodologies.

Prior to her academic pursuits, Stephanie spent seven years in the events and logistics sector before transitioning to research through her Master 2 Studies and Research in Management at aelyon in 2022. Her thesis, co-supervised by emlyon business school and the Magellan Laboratory, began in October 2023 under the direction of Oliver Bachelard and Didier Vinot.
