Stephanie Easton

Dr. Stephanie Easton is a Research Fellow at the University of Southampton, affiliated with the Primary Care Research Centre and Primary Care Behavioural Science Group. Her work focuses on digital health interventions, pediatric medicine, and the sociocultural impacts of technology. She has contributed to studies on cancer survivorship, pediatric asthma outcomes, and the effects of social media trends on youth.

Her research integrates qualitative and quantitative methods to address healthcare challenges. Notable projects include developing quality-of-life measures for severe pediatric asthma and evaluating the impact of the pandemic on emergency care utilization among young people. She co-led the 'Acne Care Online' initiative and the 'Digital Intervention for Cancer Survivors' study, published in British Journal of General Practice and npj Digital Medicine.

Dr. Easton supervises PhD student Karen Michelle Wright in Human Development & Health. She actively collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, including Professors Paul Little and Lucy Yardley, to advance patient-centered care through innovative interventions.
