Stephanie Dodman

Dr. Stephanie Dodman is an Associate Professor at George Mason University's College of Education and Human Development, specializing in teacher learning, leadership, and equity-oriented education. She serves as Assistant Dean for Academic Excellence in Student and Academic Affairs and leads the Advanced Studies in Teaching and Learning program.

• PhD in Curriculum, Teaching, and Teacher Education from the University of Florida
• Teaches master's and doctoral courses in curriculum and instruction
• Developed the Critical Data-Driven Decision Making (CDDDM) and Data Use for Equity (DUE) frameworks
