Dr. Stephanie Dancer is a dual appointee as Professor of Microbiology at Edinburgh Napier University and Consultant Microbiologist at NHS Lanarkshire. With 20 years of editorial experience at the Journal of Hospital Infection (including 5 years as Editor-in-Chief), she also serves on the European Society for Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases (ESCMID) groups and the NHS Scotland Cleaning & Decontamination Committee.
