Stephanie Bonds

Stephanie Bonds is an economist and Professor of Policy Analysis at the RAND School of Public Policy. Her research focuses on education, health, and human capital development in low-income settings, utilizing experimental and quasi-experimental methods to examine household investment decisions across the life cycle.
