Edward N. Okeke is a Senior Economist and Professor of Policy Analysis at the RAND School of Public Policy, RAND. He is an applied microeconomist and physician with public health training, conducting research at the intersection of health and development. Edward Okeke's research centers on health economics and global development, with a strong emphasis on maternal and infant health, preventive health technologies, human capital investment, and healthcare access.
