Dr. Stephan Grimmelikhuijsen is an Associate Professor at Utrecht University's Department of Public Administration and Organizational Science, affiliated with the Utrecht University School of Governance. His research and teaching focus on citizen trust, digitization (including AI) in the public sector, government transparency, and behavioral public administration.
