Stella Skaltsa is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Queen's University's Department of Classics & Archaeology within the Faculty of Arts and Science. She holds a BA from Athens, an MPhil, and a DPhil from Oxford. Her research focuses on Hellenistic gymnasia, civic institutions, and material culture of the Eastern Mediterranean. She contributed to the Copenhagen Associations Project (2011-2016) and the Rhodes Centennial Project (2016-2023), collaborating with the Ephorate of the Dodecanese.
