Stela Dimitrova

Stela Dimitrova is a Professor at the Medical University of Plovdiv, currently serving as Head of the Department of Bioorganic Chemistry. Her research focuses on natural origin substances, biotechnological production methods, and their applications in pharmaceuticals and food additives.
