Stefano Livi is a Full Professor at the Department of Developmental and Socialization Psychology, Faculty of Medicine and Psychology, Sapienza University of Rome. His research focuses on Social Psychology of Groups, including group processes, organizational socialization, and intergroup relations. He directs the Social Psychology Laboratory and collaborates with institutions like the Fondazione Ugo Bordoni and the Italian Army's State Major. His work bridges theoretical, methodological, and applied research in areas like group dynamics, prejudice reduction, and well-being in educational and workplace contexts.
