Professor Stefanie Reissner is Director of Research and Professor of Organization Studies at Durham University Business School. Her research examines identity construction, storytelling in organizations, and flexible work arrangements using qualitative methodologies.
Research interests include professional identity formation, boundary management in hybrid work, and epistemological foundations of interview-based research. Supervision includes doctoral students investigating identity in organizational contexts.
