Siri Yde Aksnes is a social anthropologist and qualitative researcher at Oslo Metropolitan University's Center for Welfare and Working Life Research. She specializes in work inclusion, home office flexibility, and social policy, conducting PhD-level research on topics like NAV's employer collaboration, hybrid work dynamics, and organizational identity construction post-pandemic.
