Stefanie Kennedy

Dr. Stefanie Kennedy is an Assistant Professor in the Department of History at the University of New Brunswick (UNB) Faculty of Arts. Her research focuses on Caribbean and Atlantic World History, the History of Slavery, and the History of Disability. She teaches courses such as HIST3616 Caribbean History, HIST4607 Topics in the History of Disability, and HIST5606 The African Diaspora and the Atlantic World, 1492-present. Outside academia, she enjoys visiting the Boyce Farmers Market and creating feminist-themed needle-felted tea cozies.
