Stefanie Jung

Professor Stefanie Jung serves as Professor of Corporate Law at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) School of Management, Campus Heilbronn, where she leads research in corporate law with a focus on European dimensions. Her work bridges legal theory with practical business applications, particularly in contract negotiations and corporate governance structures.
