Stefan Süß

Stefan Süß is a Full Professor of Business Administration (Work, Human Resources and Organization) at the Faculty of Business and Economics, Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf. He holds the Chair of Business Administration and leads multiple research projects focused on technostress, work-life balance, organizational behavior, and health promotion in SMEs. With 25+ years of experience in organizational research, he has published extensively in top-tier journals while serving in editorial roles for German Journal of Human Resource Management, Management Review Quarterly, and Industrielle Beziehungen.

• Born in 1974, studied economics at University of Wuppertal (1994-1998)
• Doctorate (2004) and Habilitation (2009) at FernUniversität in Hagen
