Stefan Jooss

Dr. Stefan Jooss is a Senior Lecturer in Management at the UQ Business School, The University of Queensland. He previously held academic positions at University College Cork and Technological University Dublin, Ireland. His research focuses on Human Resource Management (HRM), particularly talent management, global mobility, and the future of work. His work has been published in journals like Human Resource Management, International Journal of Human Resource Management, and International Business Review.

Key research areas include: talent pools in multinational corporations, algorithmic management in gig work, expatriate experiences, and the impact of digital transformation on HR practices.
