Stefan Olander is a Senior Lecturer and Associate Professor at the Division of Construction Management, Faculty of Engineering (LTH), Lund University. His work focuses on stakeholder participation, circular economy models, and sustainable urban development in the construction and real estate sectors.
Research Interests: Olander's expertise spans Construction Management, Project Management, and Circular Economy, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement, lifecycle analysis, and policy frameworks for sustainable development. His studies often address challenges in Sweden's urban property sector and the integration of circular business models.
