Stefan Merchant is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Assessment and Evaluation at Queen's University. His career includes 10 years of international teaching experience in Singapore and Indonesia before returning to academia. Merchant specializes in educational assessment, particularly in work habits, learning skills, and statistical methodologies like factor analysis and item response theory. His research spans K-12 education, medical education, and certification exams.
