Stefan Birkner

Prof. Dr. Stefan Birkner is a Professor of Public Law, specializing in administrative law at the Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences. He holds a chair in the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences, focusing on legal frameworks, governance, and international law. His career includes roles as Minister for Environment, Energy, and Climate Protection of Lower Saxony (2012–2013), State Secretary (2008–2012), and legal practice in public and international law.
