Dr. Stacy Boldrick is an Associate Professor and Deputy Head of School at the School of Museum Studies, University of Leicester. She serves as PGR Director, overseeing postgraduate research. Her expertise spans iconoclasm, medieval and contemporary art history, and curatorial practice. She has collaborated on exhibitions like Art under Attack: Histories of British Iconoclasm (Tate Britain) and Wonder: Painted Sculpture from Medieval England (Henry Moore Institute). Her 2020 monograph Iconoclasm and the Museum explores the museum’s engagement with image destruction and its societal implications. Boldrick holds a PhD in Art History from the University of Manchester, complemented by an MA from the University of Pittsburgh and a BA from Rhodes College.
