Stacey Thomas

Stacey Thomas is an Assistant Professor of Nursing at Elon University, where she joined the faculty in 2022. Her career spans over 25 years in nursing, with expertise in women's health, pediatrics, and nursing education. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (Executive Leadership) from UNC Greensboro in 2017 and a Post-Doctorate Family Nurse Practitioner Certificate from Gardner-Webb University in 2023.

• Current Projects: Developing the Health Sciences Living Learning Community (LLC) set to open in Fall 2025.

• Professional Activities: Member of Sigma Theta Tau, AWHONN, NCNA, ANA, and AANP.
• Leadership: Co-director of the Nursing Fellows Program and Interim Program Chair/Department Director (2023-2024).
