Dr. Debra Schulte serves as Assistant Professor of Nursing Education and Graduate Nursing Clinical Coordinator at Arkansas State University's College of Nursing & Health Professions, teaching full-time in the traditional BSN program since January 2023.

She specializes in identifying overlooked cardiac risk factors in female patients and developing early intervention strategies through pharmacological and lifestyle modifications.
Professionally affiliated with ANA, ARNA, AANP, ANPA, and Sigma Theta Tau (Eta Theta Chapter), she has precepted FNP students since 2016 and oversees graduate clinical education as Coordinator.
