Stacey Gossett Robinson serves as the Jean Howard Lowe Associate Professor of Marketing in Auburn University's Harbert College of Business. Previously, she held an associate professorship at the University of Alabama where she served as Ombudsperson and Marketing Doctoral Program Coordinator.
Her educational background includes a PhD in Marketing from Florida State University, an MBA from Meredith College, and a BSBA from the University of Central Florida.
Dr. Robinson's research centers on consumer behavior dynamics, specifically examining organizational front-line service interactions and consumer behavior-based strategic development. Her work bridges academic theory with practical business applications in service environments.
She has earned recognition through the American Marketing Association SERVSIG Best Paper award (2016) and serves as Senior Editor for the Journal of Business Research while contributing to editorial boards of the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of Service Research, Journal of Retailing, and Journal of Public Policy in Marketing.
Media outlets including US News and Platform Magazine have featured her expertise on branding strategies and Walmart's digital marketing initiatives. Her pre-academic career included vice president roles at First Citizens Bancshares and marketing positions at Bank of America.
