Jaclyn Koopmann serves as the Globe Life Professor in the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship at Auburn University's Harbert College of Business, where she has held a faculty position since 2016.
Her educational background includes a doctorate from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida.
Her research centers on organizational behavior dynamics, with specialized focus on work team processes (including task-helping mechanisms and climate formation), employee self-regulation as it intersects with health behaviors and organizational citizenship, and mistreatment phenomena within customer service environments. Koopmann's scholarly contributions appear in premier journals such as the Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, and Journal of Organizational Behavior, where she also serves on editorial boards for the Journal of Applied Psychology and Personnel Psychology.
