Stacey Allis

Stacey Allis serves as the Assistant Director for the Randall W. Lewis Center for Entrepreneurship (RLCE) at California State University, San Bernardino and holds the position of Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship in the Randall W. Lewis School of Entrepreneurship and Innovation. She joined the Entrepreneurship Team in 2016 and is a proud CSUSB Arts & Letters and JHBC Entrepreneurship Alumni with a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and Innovation (MSEI).

Her research interests center on youth entrepreneurship development, demonstrated through her creation of the "Super BIZ Heros" curriculum for middle-schoolers, leadership of the UpStarters Discovery Camp, advisory role at Chaffey High School, and support for Girl Scout cookie sales optimization. She integrates creative communications expertise—honed during 11 years as a creative director for brands like Kia Motors, Jamba Juice, and Gibson—with entrepreneurial education to foster campus-community business connections.

Allis co-produces the Spirit of the Entrepreneur Awards program and contributed to the first-ever State of Entrepreneurship Report as a research team member. Her practical work extends to developing a non-toxic designer laundry care product company operating on a hybrid business model that supports Dress for Success International. She previously served as project coordinator for the TAACCCT grant consortium and has extensive experience in social media strategy, brand identity development, and public relations through her design agency background.

In community engagement, Allis supports the Entrepreneurial Resource Centers in San Bernardino, Temecula, and Palm Desert while instructing youth cohorts through Verizon Minority Makers and Promise Scholars programs. Her multidisciplinary approach bridges creative arts with business innovation to cultivate entrepreneurial enrichment across the Inland Empire region.
