Anna Long-Ruboyianes

Dr. Anna Long-Ruboyianes is an Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship at the Randall W. Lewis School of Entrepreneurship and Innovation, part of California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB). She joined the faculty in 2020 and is affiliated with the Jack H. Brown College. Her research focuses on entrepreneurial action theory, big data's impact on corporate learning and negotiation, and investor behavior in angel networks and crowdfunding platforms. Anna holds a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship from Baylor University, an MBA (Finance) from Canisius College, and a BS in Human Resource & Psychology from the University at Buffalo.

Her academic work explores the distinctions between entrepreneurial and non-entrepreneurial activities, the sequential accumulation of enterprising actions, and how big data reshapes corporate learning dynamics. Anna is also engaged in studying investor behaviors within crowdfunding ecosystems and business angel networks.
