Stéphane Lhuillery is a Professor at NEOMA Business School, with tenured roles at Sorbonne Paris Nord University, EPFL, and ICN Business School. He holds a PhD from Sorbonne Paris Nord University and graduated from the Ecole Normale Supérieure de Paris Saclay. His research focuses on innovation determinants, particularly open innovation and green innovations, alongside the evaluation of innovation policies and corporate governance practices. He is a member of the scientific committee for the open-access journal M@n@gement.
His work spans diverse sectors such as healthcare, energy, and environmental economics. Notable collaborations include studies on eco-innovation R&D strategies, internal audit innovation, and the impact of sustainability certifications on agricultural networks. He has contributed to major reports like the RIO Country Report for France and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) study on creativity measurement.
Stéphane actively participates in international conferences, including the Academy of Management, DRUID, and European Association for Evolutionary Political Economy (EAEPE). His academic career includes roles in research policy evaluation and teaching, with a strong emphasis on empirical methodologies and interdisciplinary approaches to innovation challenges.
