Stéphane Bernatchez

Stéphane Bernatchez is a Full Professor at the Faculty of Law, Université de Sherbrooke. His academic work bridges Governance Law, Constitutional Law, Philosophy of Law, and Legal Interpretation. He is actively involved in the Centre de recherche sur la régulation et le droit de la gouvernance (CrRDG) and collaborates on interdisciplinary projects addressing legal theory, ethics, and societal challenges.
