Dr. Soudabeh Bolourian is a Senior Lecturer in Business and Management at the University of Buckingham’s School of Business. She transitioned to a full-time academic role in September 2019 after initially joining as a visiting lecturer in 2018. Her industry experience spans over 12 years in banking, including a role as a Business Analyst, which she integrates into her teaching to emphasize practical applications of academic concepts. She holds a PhD in Management and Leadership from Cranfield School of Management, an MBA, and a BSc in Statistics. Her research focuses on bridging corporate governance (‘the mind’) and corporate sustainability (‘the heart’), particularly at board level, aiming to enhance societal impact.
