YOUSFI Ouidad

Dr. YOUSFI Ouidad is a Senior Lecturer (HDR) in Finance at the University of Montpellier, affiliated with the Business Administration Department of the University Institute of Technology of Montpellier. She directs the GC2F apprenticeship program and serves on editorial boards for academic journals including Markets and Organizations and European Business and Management. Her international affiliations include memberships in RRI, ATINER, and EBES networks, as well as the Chair in Social and Sustainable Finance at MBS.

Her interdisciplinary approach bridges finance, sustainability, and organizational management.

Publications: Her recent articles (2021-2024) explore CSR-innovation linkages, managerial adaptations during crises, and corporate responses to sustainability legislation. Common themes include ethical governance, strategic CSR implementation, and the impact of leadership traits on organizational outcomes.

Leadership & Service: As Director of the GC2F apprenticeship program, she bridges academia and industry. She actively contributes to academic discourse through editorial roles and international research collaborations.
