Sophie Sparrow

Sophie Sparrow is a Professor of Law at the University of New Hampshire School of Law, nationally recognized for her innovative contributions to legal education. She has authored seven books and over 100 workshops globally on topics including active learning, professionalism, and team-based learning in law.

Her research focuses on pedagogical innovation in legal education, emphasizing metacognition, assessment strategies, and the integration of soft skills into law curricula. She pioneered the Daniel Webster Scholar Program at UNH Law and redesigned its legal writing program (1998-2008).
