Richard Samdperil is a Visiting Professor at the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law, where he teaches Pretrial Advocacy and Trial Advocacy in the Daniel Webster Scholar program. He has previously taught Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, and practical skills courses, and served as Interim Director of the Criminal Practice Clinic from 2019 to 2020. He is also a partner at Samdperil & Welsh, PLLC in Exeter, New Hampshire, bringing extensive real-world legal experience into the classroom.
