Sophie Sokolow

Sophie Sokolow is an Associate Professor at the Department of Nursing, School of Nursing, University of California, Los Angeles. Her research focuses on the pharmacology and neurobiology of Alzheimer’s disease (AD), with expertise in molecular biology, clinical pharmacy, and pharmacogenomics. She investigates genetic polymorphisms associated with responses to AD medications like donepezil and acetylcholinesterase inhibitors.
