Sophie Luskin

Sophie Luskin is a Research Fellow at Princeton University's Center for Information Technology Policy (CITP) and a Communications Fellow/Senior Tech Policy Analyst at Kohn, Kohn & Colapinto LLP. She graduated with honors from the University of California, Davis with a bachelor's degree in International Relations, History, and Technology Studies.

Her research focuses on AI regulation, whistleblower protections, consumer privacy, and tech ethics. Luskin specializes in examining the intersection of artificial intelligence with legal frameworks, particularly regarding generative AI for companionship, social media platforms, age assurance systems, and consumer protection. Her work bridges policy, legal, journalistic, and communications spaces with publications appearing in Corporate Compliance Insights, National Law Review, Lexology, Whistleblower Network News, Tech Policy Press, and CITP's blog.
