Solrunn Hansen is an Associate Professor at the Department of Health and Care Sciences, UiT The Arctic University of Norway. Her research focuses on environmental toxins during pregnancy and breastfeeding, iodine status in reproductive health, and public health interventions in Northern Norway and Argentina/Chile. She leads the MISA and EMASAR projects and collaborates on the SAMINOR II study.
