Sofie Kronberger

Sofie Kronberger is a Doctoral Candidate and University Assistant at the Department of Social and Cultural Anthropology at the University of Vienna, working under Univ.-Prof. Dr. Janina Kehr's team on Medical Anthropology and Global Health. She holds a BA and MA in Science and Technology Studies from Goethe University Frankfurt and the University of Vienna. Her research focuses on datafication, digitalization, and automation of medical listening/hearing, emphasizing epistemic knowledge practices. Previously, she was a research assistant in an interdisciplinary project analyzing the socio-technical construction of AI in Law Enforcement.
