Sofie Elisabeth Pilemalm

Sofie Elisabeth Pilemalm is an Adjunct Professor at the Department of Information Systems, University of Agder, and a full Professor in Informatics at Linköping University. She serves as international 'hub leader' at the Centre for Integrated Emergency Management (CIEM) and directs the Centre for Integrated Research of Emergency Management (CARER) in Sweden. Her work bridges information systems, digital transformation, and emergency management, focusing on citizen engagement, co-production, and organizational learning in crisis contexts.
