Sneha Krishnan

Dr. Sneha Krishnan is an Associate Professor in the School of Geography and the Environment at the University of Oxford and a Tutorial Fellow at Brasenose College. Her research focuses on feminist historical and cultural geography, particularly how emotions shape racial and gendered colonial projects. She holds a British Academy-Wolfson Fellowship and has been funded by the John Fell Fund and St John’s College.

Teaching includes undergraduate modules on human geography and graduate supervision in historical methods. She coordinates the Political Worlds Research Cluster and participates in Intersectional Humanities initiatives at TORCH.
