Siân Prime

Siân Prime is a Senior Lecturer and Co-Director of Goldsmiths’ Institute for Creative and Cultural Entrepreneurship (ICCE), where she serves as Academic Lead: Enterprise. She specializes in developing culturally aware business models, balancing societal, financial, and founders' impacts through initiatives like Synapse and the Sustainable Enterprise London Festival (SELF).

Her research focuses on cultural entrepreneurship, creative industries, and equitable business models. She explores systemic change in social enterprises, migrant enterprise impacts on high streets, and inclusive entrepreneurship frameworks. Siân has co-designed toolkits for mentors, startups, and employability, emphasizing global collaboration and social innovation.
