Siw Tone Innstrand

Siw Tone Innstrand is Professor of Occupational Health Psychology and Director of the Center for Health Promotion Research at NTNU. A Fulbright Scholar at UC Berkeley and Harvard's SCANCOR, she developed the ARK implementation program adopted by 21+ institutions for psychosocial work environment improvement.

Her research focuses on organizational health interventions, workplace well-being metrics, and multilevel approaches to mental health promotion. She leads EU Horizon projects developing tools for SME workplace health.
