Dr. Sina Joneidy is a Senior Lecturer in Digital Enterprise at Teesside University, affiliated with the Teeside University Institute of Business and Science (TUIBS) within the Department of Finance, Performance & Marketing. They hold a PhD from the University of Salford and a Bachelor's degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Their research focuses on Responsible AI, Digital Culture, and Change Management, with an emphasis on bridging legal and technical challenges in digital ecosystems. Dr. Joneidy has led projects funded by Innovate UK, including initiatives like the 'Critical Minerals: Network Insight Collaboration Environment (CM-NICE)' and 'DIG-IT (Digital Inclusion – Growing in IT)'. Their work emphasizes practical applications of digital technologies across industries.
Key research interests include Generative AI in entrepreneurship, multi-scale operation assurance for AI systems, and sustainable manufacturing through Big Data.
