SinHui Chong

SinHui Chong is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. She holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology from Michigan State University, a top-ranked program in the United States, and earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in BBM (OBHR) and BSocSc (Psychology) from Singapore Management University under full scholarship.

Her research focuses on how individuals manage their professional and personal identities simultaneously, exploring personal and organizational capacities that enable individuals to thrive across multiple life domains. She teaches undergraduate courses on Cultural Intelligence and conducts applied research with public and private organizations.
