Simone Pearce

Simone Pearce is a Lecturer in Law at the School of Law and Society, University of the Sunshine Coast (UniSC), Queensland, Australia. She has been affiliated with UniSC since 2014, focusing on Sports Law, Family Law, and Disability Discrimination in Sport. Her teaching portfolio includes courses on Professional Conduct, Negotiation and Dispute Resolution, Employment Law, and Sports Law.

With nearly 22 years of legal practice, she served as a partner in a prominent local law firm for 15 years, specializing in Family Law, Litigation, Crime, and Succession Law.
