Dr. Simona Žikić serves as an Assistant Professor at Singidunum University's Faculty of Media and Communications (FMK) in Belgrade, Serbia, while concurrently holding the position of PR and Marketing Manager at FMK and working as a researcher at the University of Belgrade's Institute of Philosophy and Social Theory. She also conducts specialized training through the Link Group program in applied communications and leadership development.

- Basic and Master's studies in Communications and Public Relations at the Faculty of Media and Communications, Belgrade
- Doctoral dissertation: "Aspects of Communication in Contemporary Team Leadership" at the Faculty of Media and Communications, Belgrade
Her research spans Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Leadership, and Management Development, with significant contributions including authored manuals in business communications and strategic planning. Professor Žikić leads numerous scientific and applied projects and remains actively engaged in humanitarian initiatives she initiated.
