Simon Wilson is Professor of Statistics at Trinity College Dublin and serves as Principal Investigator of the Machine Learning & Statistics research group. He is affiliated with the university’s School of Computer Science and Statistics.

Research Focus: His work centres on the development and application of Bayesian statistical methods to problems in reliability, ecology, and astronomy, bridging theoretical advances with real-world scientific challenges.
