Dr Simon Jude is a Reader in Environmental Decision Making at the Cranfield Environment Centre, Cranfield University. His research integrates environmental science, engineering, computing, and policy to develop tools and frameworks for improved decision-making under uncertainty. He leads the Cranfield University Urban Observatory (UKCRIC/EPSRC) and previously led the Decision Science Group and the NERC/ESRC DREAM Centre for Doctoral Training. He is a member of the Office for Environmental Protection's College of Experts, highlighting his influence in environmental governance.
